1、拉伸:对规定标准试样施加静态拉伸负荷,以测定拉伸强度、拉伸断裂伸长率、偏置屈服应力等.
2、弯曲:对规定标准试样施加三点加负,以测定弯曲强度、弯曲模量等.
3、冲击:(简支梁和悬臂梁)对硬质塑料标准试样施加一次冲击弯曲负荷使试样破坏,并用试样破坏时单位面积所吸收的能量衡量材料冲击韧性.
4、热变形温度测试:测试塑料在三点加荷的弯曲应力下变形时的温度.
a、stretch:standard sample imposed by loading under static condition to determine the tensile strength.tensile elongation of break.offset yield stress and so on.
b、bending:standard sample imposed by false negative loading at three points to determine bending strength,bending modulus.
c、impact:(simple beam and cantilever beam)standard specimen rigid plastic bending loads imposed by a shock specimen damage, to measure material toughness by energy absorbed per unit area when sample destroyed.
d、heating distortion temperature test:Test the temperature of plastic deformation . by three-points loading bending stress.
